Building Specifications

General Description The shelter shall consist of a molded fiberglass-reinforced-polyester laminated sandwiched foam-cored, composite system. These buildings come with either floors to specifications or tie down flanges. The doors are custom molded to desired sizes and the same basic construction as the enclosure with reinforcement where needed. All enclosures carry a standard five (5) year structural warranty.

Construction The exterior finish shall consist of an ultraviolet-resistant, 15-20 mil thick molded gel coat. The FRP one piece, heavy gauge, premium fiberglass weather-tight bonded skins 1/8" thick will be molded together over a minimum ASTM E 84, Class 11 rating, fire retardant, 2 lbs. per cu. ft. polyurethane foam or better. Some of these systems are modular to conform to the requirements of the specifications. Reinforced cutouts accommodate fans, louvers, hatches and other fixtures. Equipment shall hang from reinforced walls and roof. All connections utilize stainless steel fasteners and hardware.
